Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required upon booking and will go towards appointment costs. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your appointment. No-shows and late cancellations will result in the full cost of service being charged to card. Due to the short length of these appointments, 5 minutes late is considered a no-show. If you reschedule within the 48 hour timeframe, a new deposit will need to be made and previous deposit is forfeited. Gifted piercings must pay a $1 deposit and are still subject to the cancellation policy.
